What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Our jerky is vacuum-sealed to ensure maximum freshness. Unopened bags typically stay fresh for 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain optimal texture and flavor.
Where do you source your meat?
We pride ourselves on quality. All our beef is 100% grass-fed and sourced from sustainable farms in the USA. We never use meat containing added hormones or antibiotics.
Is your jerky gluten-free and keto-friendly?
Most of our flavors are gluten-free and we offer a specific line of 'Zero Sugar' jerky perfect for keto and paleo diets. Please check the nutritional label on each product page for specific allergen information.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
